LWV Lawsuit: Judge rules to remove Amendment 8
BREAKING News:
In the League of Women Voters lawsuit, the judge has ruled Amendment 8 is “Affirmatively Misleading,” declaring the ballot title and summary language “does not accurately inform Florida voters of the true effects of the proposed amendment” and orders it removed from the ballot.
This case will certainly be appealed but this is a great first step.
